- Post office mailer/thick envelope
- Duct tape
- Black felt
- Fringe trim
- Gold rope
- Scissors
- Hot glue

cut open one of the long sides
duct tape mailer on all sides (leaving one side open)
cover in felt using hot glue
hot glue three layers of fringe
hot glue gold rope, pinch closed

- Sticky back velcro

use stick back velcro as headband clasp
